Robert L. Harris, 77, of Bloomingburg, NY, died Jan. 26, 2019. Born in New York, NY to the late Frank and Elsie (Siegenthaler) Harris, he was raised in Brooklyn and Rutherford, NJ. Bob was retired owner of Bomar Limousine. He had a deep love of nature, science, football, pinochle, computers and intelligent conversation and debate. But his greatest love of all was his family. He is survived by his wife Kathleen Boyle Harris; his children Scott, Victoria (Kathleen), Wendy Mager (Robert), Jennifer Cartagena (Herman), and Randi; his grandchildren Robert, Daniel, Tracey, Joseph, Steven, Jamie, Adrian, RaeLee, Spencer; and 9 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his sister Nancy Savona (Frank); nephews Brandon and Tristan; and many cousins. It was Bob's wish to have his body donated to science. His life will be celebrated at a memorial visitation on Saturday, February 2 from 3:00 to 6:00pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro, NY.
