Lowell F. "Bowie" Victor, a retired laborer for the NYC Dept. of Environmental Protection, died Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his home on Sackett Lake. He was 75. The son of the late James G. Victor and Gertrude Dinnean Victor, he was born March 18, 1943 in Brooklyn. He was the widower of Diana Reeves Victor. He is survived by his two sons: Christopher and Robert; a daughter: Colette; and two grandchildren: Jaclyn & CJ. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by two brothers: Raymond & Edward; and the mother of his children, Louise. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 13 at 10am at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Broadway and Liberty Street in Monticello. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Queens.
