Adeline C. Sutter of Monticello, a former ticket teller at the Monticello Mall Cinema, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center in Liberty. She was 99. The daughter of the late George Liesenberg Sr. and Anna Johnson Liesenberg, she was born March 19, 1918 in Staten Island. Adeline first worked at the Ritz Theater in White Lake and then the Mall Cinema in Monticello where she retired at 81 years of age. Her family would like to thank all the people at the Adult Care Center who took care of her. Special thanks to Joe – he was a blessing. She is survived by her three daughters: Janet Sutter, Dale Stratton & her husband Richard, and Linda Teletsky & her husband Ricky, all of Monticello; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren. There will be no visitation and private interment of her ashes will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Bethel in the spring.
