Obituary of Hazel A. Moshier

Hazel A. Moshier of Wurtsboro died Monday, January 22, 2018 at her home in Wurtsboro. She was 67. The daughter of Helen M. Curcio Zeh and the late Francis A. Curcio, she was born February 22, 1950 in New York City. Our mother Hazel was a beautiful person inside and out. She will always be remembered as the "Hairdresser for the Stars" as she was at the Concord Hotel for many comedy, music, and movie stars. Her favorites were Dom Deluise and Joan Rivers, who made Mom laugh so hard. She will truly be missed every day and there will be no more pain because now she is in Jimbo's arms again. She is survived by her two daughters: Kristine Hussner Zeh (Emmett) of Yankee Lake and Rochelle Walke (Donald) of Pensacola, FL; her mother: Helen of Wurtsboro; three grandchildren: John K. Zeh of Wurtsboro, Maria D. Zeh (Frankie) of Yankee Lake, and Victoria A. Walke of Pensacola, FL; a great grandson: Frankie John Joseph Dolson Zeh; her identical twin sister: Helen DePrado (Raymond) of Wurtsboro; a niece Patricia McCumber (Dennis); a great niece Emma McCumber; cousins, and many dear friends. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a granddaughter: Kayla Rae Hall; and the love of her life: James "Jimbo" Hyde.
