We will always remember our "sister" Robin .... she was part of us and our family over the years .... so sweet, so funny and always filled with love ! Robin referred to us as "sister Deanie" and brother Eric" She had so much affection for my sister Nellie in California and she would call her from time to time. Over the holidays Eric gave her baseball cards to enjoy as Robin was an avid baseball enthusiast and a very dedicated Yankee fan. We wiill miss her so much !!!

Robin was my foster sister living in my family’s home in Queens, New York from appx. 3 years old until she turned 16 or 17. Although I moved out of state in 1972, my mom and dad kept in close touch with Robin throughout the years. It wasn’t until dad passed away and mom moved up to Massachusetts in 2001 that I “fell back” in touch with Robin. Robin visited us in Massachusetts several times and we even had the occasion to have John stay with us on one of those visits. Once mom passed away in 2007, Robin called me just about once a month and I enjoyed hearing from her. She always asked after her nephews and was joyful at each and every one of their successes. Apparently Robin was quite the “social butterfly” and had a nice size group of friends in New York. I am happy that she had people near to her that gave her enjoyment. I cared very much for Robin. She was sweet. She was happy. I will miss her monthly phone calls. With much love and sweet memories: Shari, Alan, Mike, and Jake
