Jean L. Mirra, a retired seamstress, died Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Park Manor in Middletown, NY. She was 105.
The daughter of the late Salvatore and Lucy Lentine, she was born May 31, 1911 in Flemington, NJ. She was the widow of Jacob H. Mirra.
Survivors include her daughter: Lucy Dunn & her husband Vernon of Wurtsboro, NY; two grandchildren: Christine Mager of Rutherford, NJ, George Dunn and wife Joanne of East Rutherford, NJ; 10 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a grandson, Jack.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 22 at 10am at the Church of St. Mary, 91 Home Avenue in Rutherford, NJ. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of one's choice.
