Dorothy J. Brady of Bloomingburg, a retired sales clerk, died Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh. She was 88.
The daughter of the late James Clements and Mabel Huber Clements, she was born July 19, 1926 in the Bronx.
She is survived by two sons: Michael Brady & his wife Denise of Putnam Valley, and Timothy Brady & his fiancé Cathy Rogowski of Bloomingburg; two grandsons: Matthew and Michael; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband: Matthew; a brother: Joseph; and three sisters: Alice, Mary and Mabel.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, November 20 from 7-9pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 111 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
